Ethical, legal & social consequences of artificial intelligence - AI Lund workshop

22 November 2018 09:30 to 15:15 | Seminar

How do you ensure fairness in the application of AI and ML? How transparent and explainable need autonomous and self-learning services be from a legal, social or ethical perspective? How do you balance privacy or other values against a need for access to training-data? Can an algorithm really illegally discriminate? And, to what extent can AI and ML be a method within social sciences or the humanities?
