Poster contribution 23 April 2025
The poster session will take place during the coffee break of the "Risks and Benefits with AI in Research - Ethical Perspective" workshop on 23 April, 2025, in the afternoon. The purpose of the poster session is to showcase AI-related research to inform discussions on the ethical aspects at the intersection of AI and research. Example areas of research include:
- Developing or improving AI technologies
- Understanding the consequences of applying AI in different domains
- Developing policies for when and how to apply AI technologies
- Using AI as a tool for analyzing research data
- Other relevant topics
If you are a PhD student at Lund University, you are very welcome to contribute a poster for the session. If you already have an AI-related research poster, you can contribute it as is. If you are considering producing a new one for the occasion, we can sponsor the printing if needed.
To contribute and participate, please sign up below with:
- Your name and affiliation at Lund University
- A preliminary topic of your poster (to be listed on the programme page)
- Your supervisor's email
- Whether you need support in funding the printout of the poster
We expect that if you contribute a poster, you will also participate in the rest of the workshop.
The workshop starts at 13:00. Please come to Palaestra at 12:30 to mount your poster. The organisers will provide pins and tape for mounting.
We will also provide you with a lunch salad.
We will likely accept all contributions :-).

A common variant of a scientific poster typically reports from a scientific study from question, via method, to findings. But it could also be a more popular science overview of a research program or your project.

If you want AI Lund to sponsor your poster, you should send a final version to jonas [dot] wisbrant [at] control [dot] lth [dot] se (jonas[dot]wisbrant[at]control[dot]lth[dot]se) no later than 10 April. Jonas will give you approval and the cost account to use at MediaTryck.

Depending on the focus of your research, there may be more opportunities to present and discuss your poster in Lund:

- NAC Week 7 or 8 October (call for contribution opens in august)
