Challenging traditional law, practitioners, decision makers and the broader community alike is expected to face challenges in the digital era where the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) supersedes the traditions of law. Moving into unknown territory, creativity in solving legal challenges, taking advantage of opportunities and creating appropriate judicial approaches for the future, will be important in navigating the ever/changing technological environment.
This course will provide learners with introductory knowledge to key legal aspects of AI development, application and use, in our efforts to work towards a more sustainable world!
